I am a fully qualified Counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists I am guided by their code of ethics. I am also the holder of a current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. I am also registered with the Data Protection Commission.
I currently counsel children and young people with behavioural problems at a school in Nottingham. Adults, Children and Young People at my private practice in Belper, Derbyshire.
I have previously counselled adult clients on behalf of a charity in Stockport and children at a Manchester primary School as well as a small private practice.

Just prior to moving to Derbyshire in 2015 I worked for Acorn Treatment in South Manchester working with clients who had substance misuse or alcohol addiction problems.

I have worked at a local hospice counselling clients who are living with the consequences of bereavement and life limiting illness..
