Time Management,

Our time management is often a reflection of how our life is on any particular day. If I am late for an appointment it is always my fault. I ask myself "did I give myself enough time?" Usually the answer is "no."
Sometimes we can take on too much with the best intentions. This can put us in a corner. Why do we do this to ourselves? Who are we doing it for?
This causes us unnecessary panic and anxiety. Surely it is better to just admit that we are doing too much and learn to say no.
Why do we sometimes find it difficult to say no?
This all goes back to a basic question I regularly ask clients.
" I just wonder who you are living your life for?"
